Vee has a wealth of international experience, having worked globally with a number of blue chip companies. She specialises in the areas of Train the Trainer, Sales, Strategic Account Management, Negotiation Skills and Management Training. Vee has upskilled internal trainers from a number of organisations, introduced Sales and Strategic Management Training to a variety of businesses and built sales academies, performance management and coaching processes to embed participant learning internally.
Vee has worked with a broad range of industry sectors including engineering, service, shipping, financial services, publishing, automotive, medical, IT and film distribution.
Vee has worked with clients such as Siemens, Royal Bank of Scotland, Arval, Oxford University Press, BMW Alphabet, RAC, Alltech, John Crane, GESeaco, Autoglass and Principality Building Society.
Vee’s previous experience comprises of an extremely successful time in telesales and field sales, working in advertising and financial services sector before moving into field, senior and operational board level management roles. She has been training since 2004 working across Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia.
Vee has a B.Ed from Ashridge Business School (Management, Strategic Management) and is a SDI Facilitator (Strengths Deployment Inventory).
