David is a highly experienced and committed sales trainer and performance coach who, for the last 8 years, has successfully designed and delivered bespoke and off the shelf training and coaching solutions for business professionals at all levels. David has coached and trained individuals and teams in a range of business sectors including construction, IT, finance, transport, agriculture, medical, and recruitment.
David’s most recent projects include delivering Consultative Sales and Negotiation Training for a client based in Dubai, Customer Service Training for a large multinational technology client, delivery of Sales Performance Coaching Programme to the directors and managers within the construction industry and Presentation, Coaching, Negotiation and Selling Skills Training for MBA students. He has also provided training for Autodesk, Civica, Daikin, Groupama and Siemens amongst others.
Outside of the training arena, David has operational experience within customer services, sales, junior and senior management from previous roles in large, blue chip organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline and Brittanic Assurance. David has been responsible for the recruitment, development and sales target achievements of various sales teams, with proven success.
David also has hands on experience in call centre environments and has an excellent understanding of how to provide first-class customer service and the importance of this in realising sales potential.
David is a trained Myers Briggs facilitator as well as a 16PF Facilitator, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI©) Facilitator and a NLP practitioner. He has an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
