Locking in Value

Since the start of this year, we have been working closely with KONE, one of the global leaders in the lift and escalator industry, to develop a sales programme aimed at sales managers and designed to enhance the value selling capability of sales people across the organisation.

Two international pilot programmes have been delivered with the first taking place in Brussels and including participants from the US and several northern and southern European countries. The second pilot, held in Asia, covered the majority of South East Asian countries.

Immediately after both events, the feedback from participants was very positive, with many of them already poised to implement the action plans they developed during the training, and to cascade their learning back to their teams. Moving forward, the plan is to roll the programme out globally during 2016.
