At Business Linked Teams we understand that performance improvement back in the workplace is the single most important success factor for any training and development.
All of our training programmes have been carefully developed with this in mind ensuring that participants have the skills and techniques that they need to implement their learning straight away.

Participant Learning Material
For each programme we have developed a comprehensive support package that can be used for continuous performance development. Each participant receives:
- Personal checklists to prompt learning and ensure continual review of performance
- A toolkit of templates and frameworks for use back at work
- Action plans and learning logs
- Access to a learning support help line
- A stationary pack and resource materials to help participants manages their learning and categorise key information
- Soft Copies of all learning materials that participants can adapt for their personal use after the programme
- A full colour manual containing key theory, to be used to record learning and to reference back at work (also provided in an electronic format) back to top
