At BLT we understand the importance of getting the most out of your meetings, whether you are simply sharing information, project planning or want to gain agreement on a key strategy from senior colleagues.
That’s why we have developed a team of highly trained graphic, project facilitators who have significant experience in facilitating meetings around the world. Our facilitators work for many different sectors of industry and at all levels and know how to successfully navigate both small and large groups to work together to collaborate and achieve a positive outcome.
Our facilitation services focus on:
- Productivity – We ensure that objectives are clear prior to the meeting and will keep the session on track to make certain the objectives are reached.
- Graphic facilitation – using wall charts and posters we provide visual representations of information and processes to assist with understanding and to get participants up and active as part of the session, maximising individual contribution.
- Participant commitment – We encourage participation from all attendees to guarantee maximum commitment to the task at hand, we believe this leads to a more meaningful conclusion and results. We also believe that it is important that all participants enjoy the session and ensure that there are a variety of activities to provide everyone with the opportunity to be heard.
