Coaching Programme Framework
Our performance coaching programme is designed around a development framework to meet the needs of each individual.
Most performance coaching programmes include the following and can be delivered in a face to face or virtual environment:
- A diagnostic development needs analysis, completed by the Individual and the Line Manager
- A work style preference profile
- A programme planning interview
- A series of 1-2 hour coaching / training sessions (number pre-defined in advance)
- Action plan and learning logs for each session
- Programme reviews (mid and end point)
