Leading Virtual Teams

2 Day Programme

A 2 day programme that has been developed to give line managers and project managers the techniques and processes that they need in order to effectively lead virtual teams to achieve short and long term business goals.

Throughout the programme, managers will explore the challenges that are specific to virtual teams and will learn how to adapt their leadership skills and experience to turn these challenges into exciting opportunities.

This programme is delivered in a face to face environment and is supported by a number of virtual follow up sessions. Participants are encouraged to share best practice and to develop long term peer coaching relationships to help them to further their skills and lock in their learning.
